US life expectancy drops for second year in a row. While the 10 leading causes of death remain unchanged, the rates increased for unintentional injuries (including accidental drug overdose), Alzheimer’s disease and suicide.

Life expectancy in the United States dropped for the second consecutive year, while the top 10 causes of death remained the same.
